Week of French cuisine
How could we talk about French culture without mentioning its culinary history?! Good food has always been a part of French everyday life—so much so that the gourmet dinner was listed as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2010. This October, educate your taste buds during the second Week of Taste of Edmonton. Cooking class and chocolate tastings will present the perfect opportunities to learn more about French cuisine. And don’t miss our monthly movie night: this month, you’ll have to get back in the kitchen with Jean Reno and Michaël Youn in Comme un chef, comedy directed by Daniel Cohen.
Come and meet Arnault, French chocolater chef setteled in Edmonton. He’s ready to reveal to you some of his greatest secrets. This is an occasion the gourmets are craving for, don’t miss it.
