WALTER ASTRAL

Walter Astral is the duo formed by Tristan Thomas, also known as Zaspero and captain of Ovhal 44, and Tino Gelli, singer of Polycool. Their two seemingly distant musical worlds share a worship of the dreamlike and the absurd, and harmonize in their mystical trances.

Walter Astral’s music combines psychedelic pop with techno, acid and house. Tristan’s drum machines and acid bass blend with the retro sound of Tino’s guitar and a banjo so old it produces quarter tones like a saz.
Their hybrid musical style finds its influences in King gizzard and the lizard wizard, Flavien Berger, Altin gun and Mehmet Aslan.

They produced and mixed their first EP in the old house of a hermit near Sancerre in the Berry region, by the fireside. Each song embodies one of the four natural elements and presents the human being in relation to the natural world around him.

“From the very first listening to Le Feu, their new single signed under the name Walter Astral, you’ll understand that psychedelic pop and techno can, in some cases, go very well together.” Les Inrockuptibles

“Côté Club, the meeting place for the whole French scene and more, welcomes The Pénélopes & Nathalie Baye for their album “Life is Long” and Walter Astral for his Ep between psychedelic pop and techno. Welcome to the Club!” France Inter

“Mirage” takes us to the desert, a good excuse for the two musicians to talk about hallucinations against a backdrop of charming melodies that are not far from bewitching.” Radio Nova

MICHELLE & LES GARÇONS

Weird, did you say weird?

In the manor of Michelle & Les Garçons, there’s a pop of many colors: the warmth of deep pinks, the melancholy of tepid blues. We dance to the lights of the ’80s, the shadows of feelings flirting with sensation-hungry bodies and glittery faces.

After a whirlwind entry onto the French scene, with their first single “Bizarre” in autumn 2022, the band went on to play a string of hot concerts and write the first pages of their adventure (France 3, Radio France, MaMA, Bars en Trans…), including their first EP unveiled on April 28, 2023.

A title worthy of the name was needed to announce a new single after a year of national touring: it’s with “Revoir Le Monde”, an intense alliance of incisive rock and 80’s keyboards, that the trio brilliantly renews their promises in March 2024.

“Adorned with rivers of eternal diamonds, Michelle & Les Garçons screams the urgency to live brightly and, because nothing is too good to celebrate life, sprinkles it with more glitter. If you think it’s weird, try it and see!” RadioFrance

“Please don’t see any connection to the famous French sitcom of the 1990s. Michelle & Les Garçons have everything it takes to embody the future of French pop, with a world that never ceases to bewitch.” Les Oreilles Curieuses

“The trio’s pop is utterly original, drawing us in and sometimes reminding us of Rita Mitsouko in voice and energy.” Maze
